WebHowdens, after 4 phone calls and 3 emails are refusing to replace it - the taps are guaranteed for 12 months only. This early corrosion obviously means shoddy goods. Inefficient staff to say the least. Howdens at Staples Corner - the manager doesn't respond to emails - there's certainly no customer care. No way would I recommend them.
