WebI agree. Having qualified and quantified guest ratings seems fair. They can leave worded reviews on us why can’t we do so on them. And really, just seeing star ratings and “verified” seems insufficient. Yes they are paying us to use our homes, but twice last year I would have chosen a vacancy over the money.
