WebApr 4, 2024 · I too had this problem. I would run FNIS and it would sit there forever. Turns out, the FNIS window was opening in the background the entire time. It was waiting for me to select patches like the 'Gender Specific Animations' or the 'Arm Fix'. Soon as I saw that window I selected the necessary patches and FNIS completed in seconds.
